Who is CFIRE
CHRISTIAN FUNDAMENTALISTS INTERNAL REVENUE EMPLOYEES (C-FIRE)
We are a group of Christians at various locations around the country within the Internal Revenue Service. Our goal is to represent Jesus Christ by providing IRS employees spiritual help, moral support, and various worship activities.
Our History
CFIRE’s story is one of conviction, courage, and God’s faithfulness in the federal workplace. What began as a small Bible study grew into a nationwide Recognized Employee Organization through perseverance and a commitment to equal treatment. Services We Provided
- Conduct Annual Comfort in the Courtyard
- Provide care package to Military Troops
- Volunteer Information Tax Assistance Program
- Provide free tax help to persons with low to moderate incomes
- Partner with IRS for Stimulus Assistance to Tax Payers
- Provide assistance to families with Parents in Prison
- Provide assistance to families who lost homes due to fire.
